Touching down into 2024

From workshops in Milan to teacher trainings in Doha and retreats in El Salvador

As you’re reading this, about 90 minutes ago, I touched down back in London from that 24-hour flight that is Australia to Britain.

2023 was a big year full of wild adventures, dreams and aspirations coming to bloom, releasing old patterns and stories, riding into new love and new relationships, bucket list items like skydiving and scuba diving, plus filled with just good people and good times.

It was a big year of teaching both in the UK and internationally, with a few epic retreats and trainings getting put down, plus new ventures into weekend workshops. It took me to places I never thought I’d go and connected me to new communities with epic people from all around, developing new relationships and friendships, and each adventure offering amazing new experiences.

I can’t thank those who have come to class, who have joined me on retreats and training, and the people and studios who have invited me places enough with their trust and support. There have been too many dream-like moments of “holy shit, this is real”, watching visions from meditations only a couple of years ago come into existence. So, from the fullness of my heart, thank you.

Now that I'm landing, 2024 is kicking off for real for me. And with that, I can release most of my schedule for this year, which you might have already seen on Instagram. And damn, it’s an exciting twelve months ahead. There are some new places as well as familiar, new and evolved information and teachings I can’t wait to share with you, and hopefully, some epic, wild adventures throughout it all.

The end of 2023 really saw the community that is building through all of it expand, and in 2024, I can only hope for more of that. If you’re already joining me somewhere, I can’t wait to see you, and if you’re thinking about joining somewhere around the world, hopefully, you take that leap.
