A Subtle Symphony
As I mentioned the other week, I have moved my newsletter platform over to BeeHiiv to allow for a more simple but creative expression of what I want to get across.
Here, this will be an outlet for my writing to share with you. These will be small-medium digestible pieces around yoga, life exploration, philosophy, and any other facets of inspiration that may swing through my mind.
You’ll receive in your inbox once a week for you to read over your morning coffee, on your way to work, or wherever you find a moment to pause and read.
Every now and then, I will send you other emails on upcoming retreats, training, or workshops, but to make it a cleaner and nicer format, they will be separate from these regular newsletters and only sent when I have details on an epic adventure to share with you.
For now, here is a piece I wrote about subtle awareness.
Happy reading.

A Subtle Symphony
Awareness is subtle. It's nature, captivating, seducing. Listening is its doorway.
It seeps into you just like the morning light creeps through the cracks in your curtains, eventually flooding and consuming you.
Awareness is freedom—it's the ability to move beyond limitations. We may see the boundaries of our ideas and beliefs but roam freely beyond their walls, broadening our vision towards possibility. Rules and patterns are no longer law.
By listening, really listening, we begin to feel vibrations in our minds, skin, and bodies. We see what has been built. We see what has been constructed to put together the pieces of our world, inner and outer. By allowing subtle awareness to heighten, acutely tuning our senses, we can submerge ourselves in the realm of creation and hold witness to the unfolding of energy that roams freely.
We move beyond notions that bear weight, loosen the ropes that hold us tight, and breathe life into thoughts and ideas, becoming lost in the rawness of our experience, intoxicated by its taste.
We see ourselves as both creation and creator. We are immersed in the experience of being human, mindful and aware of the nuanced movements of mind, body, and cosmos.
We listen closely. And we can hear the songs of the universe singing sweetly in their chorus.
We are alive.
