The last dances

It’s my last two weeks here in London of classes before heading off on an adventure through Canada, the USA, and a bit of Latin America. It’s an exciting journey ahead with some epic workshops, retreats, and training, as well as visiting some familiar and also new communities. I start off in Banff, Canada, with a lovely -10 degrees for Rocket training (and hopefully snowboarding) before heading down to El Salvador for my retreat, where we switch it up for 32 degrees and surfing. It’s then back up to the mountains in Colorado, USA, for another Rocket TT, then down to Guatemala and Panama for weekend workshop intensives.

If you’re in or near any of those locations and can join any of the workshops, it would be awesome to link and spend some time upside-down and flowing together. Equally, if you have some good food and adventure recommendations, I’d love to hear about them.

As for what’s happening in London in these last two weeks, my regular classes are all on, plus a Masterclass at Indaba this weekend, as well as a pressing and floating workshop at Kindred. The Indaba masterclass is open for booking, whilst the workshop at Kindred is completely sold out, but you can join the waitlist and hopefully sneak in.

Hopefully, I will see you somewhere around the world in the next two months.
