Last Call: Two Spots Just Opened for Our El Salvador Retreat!

I’m reaching out with some bittersweet news as we’ve just had two spots open up for our upcoming Rocket Pachanga retreat in El Salvador.
The retreat was sold out, with a beautiful crew of people itching to get themselves a ton of salty vitamin D after these winter months. Unfortunately, we will be sad to be missing two students who have had to reschedule their plans, which means we are able to open the doors for two new people to come and join the family in either double or shared accommodation.
You might have already read the info packet (if you haven’t, you can do so here), but let me share a bit more with you about the unexpected magic that the beaches of El Salvador have to offer that has left me in awe and stolen my heart more than a few times.
For the past two years, I have been venturing to El Salvador, sometimes twice a year. My dear friend Tuqui lives there (she is also the wonder woman who helps me put most of my retreats and training together), and she initially invited me to teach. From then, it’s become a place of somewhat a non-negotiable visit and a second home from London.
Days are endless sunshine down at the beach with inviting warm water like I’ve never experienced. Wherever you go, you’re met with a friendly smile and a welcoming greeting. The locals are proud of where they are from and eager to show you their homeland and all it has to offer.
The fresh fruit and seafood there are beyond (and if you’re vegetarian/vegan, don’t worry; we have an insane chef who caters to all needs). Whenever I go, it’s an all-out buffet of mango, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, or any of those delicious tropical fruits you can dream of, alongside an endless supply of fresh and delicious coconut water.
The Rocket Pachanga retreat this year is a week inspired by my time spent in El Salvador, its people, and what I’ve got to experience through them with their warm hearts. Your days might start with a sunrise swim, for you’ll be staying right on the beach, followed by breathwork and meditation leading into a morning practice. Throughout the day, you’ll have massage options, activities like surfing and waterfall hikes, or simply lounging by the pool with a coconut and that book you’ve been itching to read. You’ll close the day with another practice or workshop alongside a swim at dusk. Throughout the day, you’ll also get to indulge in some of THE BEST retreat food I have ever experienced (I truly wish I could take the chef everywhere).
