Goa dreaming...
and the after-movie of Peru

India is a wild and magical place. I’m forever fascinated by the philosophies and teachings that come from its land and its people, naturally with my draw towards yoga. And we are all in some way under its allure through our interest towards this practice of yoga.
And so naturally, it felt right to do something here, to create a space within its energy for practitioners to dive deep into their experience of yoga within the motherland of its creation.
This October, we will be hosting the next Inverted State of Mind 50-HR Intensive at Ashiyana, a centre on Mandrem Beach in the north of Goa.
A big reason why I chose Ashiyana as the next destination to host this 50-HR is its seclusion. You are close to the beach of Mandrem, but equally, you are immersed in your own little oasis, nestled in a palm grove that is surrounded by a tropical landscape. It’s a sanctuary that supports everything that we want to bring to life throughout this week-long program - a space to go within through meditation and breathwork, to focus on ones practice (in all its facets), connect through the art of conversation within a community, and push beyond the boundaries of what you may know and believe to be possible, including about yourself.
In essence, this week-long training program is designed to provide practitioners and teachers with an all-encompassing and explorative experience that dives deep into the world of Yoga and training. Our aim is to equip you with a diverse range of tools and techniques that you can use to approach teaching and practising Yoga holistically.
We have limited capacity for this training and expect it to sell quite quickly, having already a few spots gone in the pre-sale from previous participants. Being on this newsletter, you get the next dibs before this goes public and out.

To finish this email, I am beyond excited to share with you the after-movie of our Peru intensive. The week spent in the wild mountains of the Andes in Peru was a highlight of last year for me and a confirmation that what we are building and bringing to people is on the right trajectory. This video beautifully captures it all in its intimate moments of depth alongside the lightheartedness and playful environment it fosters.
Watching it gets me more and more excited for what I get to share for this year's edition in Goa alongside some truly epic people already who are helping bring this idea and community to life.
Hopefully, you’ll be joining the rest of the family there.

Quick fire questions for Goa
How do I book?
To book, please email [email protected] and/or [email protected]. From there, we will send you a deposit link and any other necessary info that you need.
Who can join?
Our training is open to anyone (teachers and practitioners) with at least two years of consistent and regular Yoga practice.
Do I get a certificate?
A 200-HR TT certification from a Yoga Alliance-certified school is required to receive the 50-HR CET Yoga Alliance certification. Practitioners interested in deepening and advancing their practice can join and will receive a certificate of completion.
Is my practice strong enough?
This immersive will be an inclusive space for practitioners and teachers to learn and play. In saying that, we do require that you are comfortable exploring a range of arm balances, inversions, backbends and transitions and willing to work with free-standing kicks to handstand in the middle of the room. For more on the level of practice, read through the info booklet here.
