Awareness

Not an act to be executed nor a goal to be achieved.

We know awareness as being mindful of what is happening in and around us, tuning into the rhythm of the universe.

The more we allow awareness to seep into us, the more we see it as learning to listen and experience the unfolding of life.

It is not an act to be executed nor a goal to be achieved, but the movement towards becoming the observer, the witness of the cosmos moving and unfolding.

We relinquish control, letting go of the need to follow the steps in our calendar, and are noticing what is moving through and around us, as it is and as it comes.

There is no attachment or aversion. And as we notice things as they are, more of the world reveals itself to us. We are not seeking but instead allowing, opening and receiving. It is a state that one surrenders to rather than actively forcing it upon themselves.

It’s learning to receive the world without analyses, for as soon as we start to label aspects of our experience, we are pulled from that state. Awareness happens as a connection, letting yourself be seduced by the experience happening to you without having to analyse or do anything with it.

The less we do, the more we experience. The more we tune in, the more we see.

Awareness is then being in pure form.
