20-HR Inverted State of Mind Training

Plus discount code for being on my newsletter

In February next year, 2nd-4th, I am bringing the second instalment of my Inverted State of Mind training to Indaba. Last July, 14 students came together to understand how to move beyond their capabilities and work deeper into their physical practice within yoga.

We ventured into how to develop strength that enhances your yoga practice, as well as control and mobility at end ranges of motion to assist in poses such as middle splits, as well as how to develop healthy shoulders and expand our capacity to help our handstands and backends, as well as what might be limiting us in those areas.

In my practice, I have worked to incorporate and explore different training methods to complement my yoga practice. I never started out flexible or mobile, so I have worked to understand how to get from point A to B in the most effective and easy-to-understand way possible. This is what I am to share with you over the 2.5 days so you can walk away knowing how to progress your own practice and your students.

There will be some crossovers from the first training, with some added topics to the curriculum, such as back bending, assisting, front splits, and hip rotation.

This training is open to both practitioners and teachers, and it’s not a crazy advanced training where you will be constantly in a handstand.

Instead, it’s a space in which you get to immerse yourself for a couple of days with like-minded people interested in understanding how to develop their practice intelligently and create a clear and easy path towards your goals within the realm of asana.

I am offering a 15% discount for those on my networks, which you can get using the code Miles15Feb.

Here is what some of the students said about this year’s edition of the training.

"If you want to be truly immersed into learning and doing this is the training to do. Miles goes over and beyond to share his knowledge, skills and teachings.” - Jenni

“Miles is a great teacher and yoga practitioner. His training was dynamic, challenging, well-prepared and expertly given. It was a truly unforgettable 3-day experience! If you want to learn inversions, learn from Miles. He epitomises working hard to get results. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!” - Nneka

“A fantastic and fun training with an incredible yoga instructor. I've definitely learnt a lot from Miles, whether for my own personal practice and strength training or how to assist students in a class. I'll be taking away a rich plethora of drills that I'm sure will help me to master some of those inversions finally.” - Kaca
